Hi i was just wondering about your background in Auslan and in the baby sign program. Are you deaf or hearing? Are you a qualified interpreter? Is the baby sign book approved by the deaf community?

Australian Baby Hands is endorsed by Deaf Children Australia and recently just got accredited as a Certified Auslan resource by ACARA. For more information on ACARA you can visit their website http://www.acara.org.au/. I am hearing and began studying sign language over 11 years ago back home in Ireland. I studied ISL(Irish sign language) for a number of years and when I came to Australia, I began studying Auslan and continue to do so today.
