It is ok to use the one handed version of the sign, as it is infrequent that a mum would have both hands free at any time. I think the most important thing is to use the Auslan signs and not other country versions.
One of the Auslan signs for breastfeed is a one handed version and may be easier for you to incorporate into your routine. This sign is in the latest release of Australian Baby Hands. To reproduce this sign, you bend your fingers on your right hand, gently touch your fingertips on your right breast and move to the left breast.
For the milk sign, I would simply use the one handed version of milk.
You are still respecting the language of Auslan; you are just signing what is physically possible when you have your hands full.
