4.5mth old stirs every hour from 3am Rss

Hi, I'm wondering if it's normal that my 4.5mth old (bottle fed) stirs throughout the night sometimes for a few minutes, sometimes for up to 45 mins. She seems to wake around 3am, then every hour after that till 5am, before going into a deep sleep til 7am. We used to get up & try & resettle her, but we seemed to be getting up a lot and she's not screaming. She's not hungry and if we feed her, she still stirs and also doesn't feed well during the day. Is she just a noisy sleeper? or is she sleep talking? We now leave her and she goes back to sleep, but I end up being awake from 3am listening to her til the morning starts! Will she become more quiet as she gets older?
my 3 1/2 month old does the same thing!!!! He will wake and talk to himself, and usually eventually start crying. I think we bought the crying thing on ourselves by getting up to pop his dummy back in, so he starts crying to get us to come in, cheeky little monkey!! I would be happy leaving him to go back to sleep, but at that time our 2 year old is in a light sleep and if we leave the baby the toddler wakes up and claims it to be wake up time, even if its only 3 in the morning!! If we feed him at that time (bottle too) I also find he doesnt eat much, almost like he is only drinking it because its there not because he is hungry, and then all the next days feeds are out of whack. I am just hoping its a growth spurt and he will start sleeping better soon!!
I've just started having a similar issue. I also have a 4 and a halfish month old and for the last 3 nights he has been having very disturbed sleep, crying while still seeming to be sleeping. So we get up and try to settle but 15 minutes later it all starts again. Last night he actually woke up at about 3 in the morning and it took me until sunrise to get him back to sleep. He ended up sleeping with me in my bed while my partner slept on the couch. He's always been a very, very good sleeper, mostly sleeping for 12 or 13 hours a night, but we can't figure out what's changed this.
I thought maybe it could be teething pains but I can't feel any teeth breaking through yet, and he doesn't cry or seem to be in pain when he's awake.
He's also been crying a lot while feeding, not relaxing and lying back when feeding, and dribbling a lot of milk out the corners of his mouth. Any ideas?
