Im trying to bring my breast milk back in is this possible? i have hired a electric milking machine and im taking domperidone, and eating and restin has anyone done this? what helped? im very lucky i stil have a minimal amount and havnt quite dried up

How old if your baby and are you breastfeeding him/her at all? It might be possible, if you pump every 2 - 3 hours around the clock (you will probably need to do some night expressing, at least once or twice over night). If you did this while taking your domperidone you would hopefully start to see increase in your milk supply within a few days. You may not be able to build your supply enough to totally breastfeed but you may be able to get enough to at least partially feed, then again if it hasn't been too long since you stopped BFing you might be able to exclusively feed.
