Discount Groceries Rss

Just wondering if anyone has any places in Sydney/ Western Sydney they use for discount groceries? The amount we spend on groceries is going up and up and up. And we only buy essentials! We don't buy luxury items, just basic household needs, fruit & veg and meat and it's really becoming impossible to fit these items in to the amount we have allocated in our budget.

Obviously Aldi helps, and we do shop for what we can there to take advantage of lower prices. We also buy generic brands at Woolies & Coles. Unfortunately we don't have much storage in our home, so Costco is out for us.

Just wondering if anyone uses a wholesale/ discount butcher for their meat? Or a particular place for good quality yet affordable fruit and veg? Diet is so important for our little ones (and for ourselves to keep us going!) and I'm thinking there's got to be a better way....
Depending on where you are, we go to Pendle Hill Meats, they are really good value for money.
Pendle Hill meat market is brilliant!!! & there is a huge Fruit & Veg place in the Spotlight Complex at Wetherill Park that are pretty good, Also the Fruit & Veg place at Seven Hills shopping centre are quite cheap too!!
