My twins are due to get their next dose of the DTaP vaccine soon, and while DS is a little angel during his needles, poor little DD gets very distressed. As soon as the doctor pulls out the syringe, she starts whining, crying and reaching out to me. When she does get the shot, she screams loudly and horribly like she's being tortured. It's so bad to listen to sad I know that this is just natural behaviour for a baby, but is there anything I can do to make it better? Thanks in advance.
DTaP Vaccine?
Does she have a special teddy to hold while she gets it done? Or maybe distract her with stamps on her hand, or something she enjoys? She'll probably cry once the needle goes in anyway (most do) but it might help to distract her abit beforehand.
Good luck!!

If I had 1 year old twins and 1 week old triplets I wouldnt have time to worry about them crying at immunisations ... let alone time to come on here asking about it... blink
