sleeping through the night Rss

Anyone have tips on getting a 4 month old to sleep through. She used to sleep from 9 - at least 5am but since end of Dec wakes at least twice for a feed. I've tried dream feeding, tried adjusting her bed time to 7.30 (mainly to give my partner and i some time without bub). i'm also trying to get her into a routine, but she's a cat napper during the day.
i'm tired, gettng crabby and clueless! thanks
There's a big growth spurt at around 4 mths so it's fairly understandable that she'd be wanting extra feeds at this time. Even still, it's pretty normal for night wakings during the first 12 mths.
I don't think their is alot you can do at 4 months old. They are hungry so therefore need to still be fed throughout the night. My 2 year old still wakes up in the night the majority of the time! Good luck and hopefully she starts sleeping better soon smile
