Looking for a special needs stroller

My son about to turn 5, has limited ability to how far he can walk. He has bowel cancer and some days is so tired that walkign can be an issue, He is to big to carry and were not always were he can ride in a trolley. I am looking for a special needs stroller but have been unsuccessful so far. Anyone have one and can point me in right direction?
