Hi I'm starting to lose weight want to lose 20kilos and currently have a muffin top, I was wondering anyone who's lost weight what happened to your muffin top.
I'm starting with a personal training Wednesday.
Weight Watchers really works for me!

After my first baby I lost 17kg in about 4 months and I currently loosing weight again after my second- 9kg down 6kg to go!

I really like weight watchers because they take breastfeeding into consideration. I also think the breastfeeding has really help me shift the weight too smile
Hey I'm also doing weight watchers but i do the old plan on my own. I weigh in every week at home I've lost 17kg too and have 9 kgs til my goal weight!

I would reccomend taking it slowly with the exercise and focus on what your eating first. When I started out i was just going for walks most days and being a mum you get allot of incidental exercise. I have now taken up running and I'm training for a 5km fun run also started Zumba last week!

Make sure you take your measurements at the start too as when your weightloss slows down you may still be toning up and losing cms.
Lol I still have the muffin top but it's Slowely coming off!!!!

Be positive, After my first baby I only lost 10kgs and allot of that was to do with my mindset, I just didn't think i would ever be able to get to My goal weight so i set a goal 10kg above that. This time I though no I'm going to get there and have been determind. I found the trainers at the gym to be quite unsupportive, one told me that my goal weight was unacheivable and that if i got there i probably wouldnt be able to maintain it..... which is CRAP lol
