I've been doing weight watchers alone with my old books for the last 4 months or so and have stalled in a big way since Christmas. I've done pretty well but have a way to go yet! I signed up to myfitnesspal last year but didn't really use it. So to try and regain my motivation I'm going to give it a go. I've only got two friends on there sad well it is better than before as it kept saying: 'you don't have any friends' - Not so good for the self esteem!! Anyway, if anyone wants to befriend me my user name is Werglum.
