Hi everyone, I have just started back on TF. Just wondering if anyone else here is on the programme?

Hi
I'm currently on the programme and have lost 8.7kgs in 8 weeks. Have 7kgs more to go. Enjoy the programme.
Good luck
I did it in the lead up to my wedding and while I lost 10kg in about 4 weeks it sent me a bit pshyco. I'm not someone who can survive on the sort of diet!
Good luck with it smile

I'm thinking about doing it.. $280 for a start up pack online is rediculous, but if you go in to the chemist it's about $170 to get all the supplements and a weeks worth of shakes. The person I just called off their website said the shakes will cost about $45 per week, ... hmmmm... I'm already using biggest loser shakes and that's about $40 per fortnight, but I'm not having as many as I should.
Need to lose 20kg to get back to pre-baby weight. Is it possible?

Grrrr....I just made an appt with a TF consultant.. Saturaday I'm going to sign up $140.00 includes rego, program guide, 2 months supply of all three supplements, 14 shakes (1 weeks worth), 1x shaker, 1 weigh in per week for 6 weeks (free product each week), Heart health screening x2, and a $50 gift card at the end of the 6 weeks.
As well as signing up to the gym 2 weeks ago. Totally on a mission.
Mumto3kids, does the TF program work for you? Is it good? Do you follow it or find yourself having munchies??

Hi Steph0413 I've been on TF before, but then fell pregnant, but this time, I'm in for a while lol, it's only Day 2 so early to tell if it will work, I'm doing ok so far following it, haven't felt hungry at all yet. so far so good smile
Hey girls,
as per my previous post I have done TF before. For me I lost alot of weight quickly (I stuck to the plan religiously) but I found it very tough to stick to, it made me very cranky and I just couldn't keep it up long term. When I went back to eating normally I gained all of the weight back plus some despite eating well and exercising.
My advice is to really think carefully about it. I have since lost over 10kg by eating healthy and exercising (who knew that would work wink) and feel so much better than I ever did on TF.
I know how tempting it is to take the quick fix but for me it made it so much harder in the long run.

I eat fairly healthy, I've been training back at the gym for a couple of weeks now- really looking to kickstart the weight loss. Once it's down I think i'll get a little more confident and wouldn't have a problem maintaining it. I hope. Thanks for the advice smile
