Hoover front loader washing machine Rss

We have just purchased one and it's my first front loader. I don't understand all the washing options and was wondering if anyone could help me out on what cycle best suits my needs. I don't find the manual to have a great deal if info. The cycles are
All in one
Resistant + prewash (only cycle to add detergent to prewash like napisan I think)
Cottons
Colours
Sports
Rapid washes ( I understand this)
+ the usual woolens, delicates etc

What cycle is best for mcn?
What's the difference between cottons and colours?
Does all in one mean I can mix fabrics such as towels with clothing?

Sorry if j sound darft, front loaders have so many more options.
Hey there, I dont have a Hoover front loader, but I can try and help-

I usually use the "cottons" cycle for my general washing (clothes ect) and adjust settings to suit- ie temp, time ect.

For the towels I find that a delicates or a hand washing cycle works best-but reduce spin speed to lowest option(my machine is 600rpm)and add a good quality fabric softner, it'll help to keep the towels somewhat fluffed as towels can tend to go stiff in front loaders on a normal wash cycle.

My machine doesnt really have a all in one setting so cant help with that!
Not so sure on the MCN's, i had some traditional cloth nappies ( I'm using them as nappies though) and i wash them the same as towels.

Hope this is of some help smile
