omelette, baked beans, pumpkin soup (messy but good smile ), leftovers from dinner (I make a big batch of risotto and freeze portions for bub lunch), homemade sausage rolls or pizzas or quiche.
This is great - I desperately need ideas too. I usually give DD baked beans with veg, yoghurt and fruit, and sandwiches. She must get so bored with it!
Scrambled eggs with toast. Pizza using pita/greek bread with some tomato, ham, mushroom.....and cheese put in oven till it melts. cut it up into managable size pieces. Cruskits with hommus or other dips and served with cheese sticks and fruit.

Ha! Recipe?! I don't do recipes, I like just throwing stuff in until it tastes good! lol

So here's a basic rundown:

If doing meat and/or onion, lightly cook in olive oil. Add rice and cook until translucent-ish. Add a splash of white wine, boiling water and chicken stock powder. Add any vegies you have diced, and some mixed herbs (I use pumpkin, carrot, peas and corn, cauliflower, brocolli, zuchini, spinach). If I'm not doing meat, I just chuck all the ingredients in together and simmer until cooked. Cook until rice is tender, add more boiling water if necessary, or drain excess off if you started with too much. When all is cooked, add some grated cheddar cheese. Optional extras at the end are sour cream if you want it creamier, or diced tomato to freshen it up.

Its easy and the kids love it! grin

My daughter loves corn fritters, You can add lots of protein and fibre is you blend or mash up a can of drained chickpeas and reduce your flour. They go over a treat and the are so yummy.

You could try this, its easy and DD (and DH) LOVES it!! It makes about 8 portions and i freeze them smile

Zucchini Slice:

5 eggs
1 cup self raising flour, sifted
3 zucchinis, grated
1 large onion, finely chopped
200gm bacon, finely chopped
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 170*c. Grease and line pan.

Beat the eggs in a large bowl until combined. Add the flour, beat until smooth, then add zucchini, onion, bacon, cheese and oil and stir to combine. Pour into the prepared pan and bake in oven for 30mins or until cooked through.

I would love a recipe for this too... my son has been so fussy with food I'm trying ANYTHING you can hide veggies in
Bubble and sqeak (lefted over mashed vegetables or fresh ) scoop some up put some in bread crumbs flat it out.

Shallow fry some up cut into finger food .

French toast

Mini Quinces

Chicken & salad

Any leftovers from night before

Mini chicken legs

Toasted cheese fingers

Fish fingers

Bbq chicken in small pieces with salad

Boiled eggs

Sausages in mini oven rolls

Ham cheese toastie or any filling cut into sripts .toasted fingers

Just few ideas hope it helps
Meatballs (mashed potatoe and mince cooker in the oven, parsley)
Fishfingers
Omlete (ham, cheese & tomatoe)
Mini pizza (Muffin, tomatoe sauce, Ham & cheese)
Chicken schnitzel (Sometimes, If we have had it the night before)
Roast meat and vegies (leftovers too)
Snags (sometimes)

My little girl is 10 months and thats what she has each week with diced vegies.
have you tried Couscous? my 3 year old loves it as something different to rice and as you cook it in stock it can have any flavour you want (vege, chicken, beef) and then mix with some veg or meat.

always a hit here

quesadillas

mini ham and egg pie

scones
