Rocky Road advice Rss

Hi! I have made some Rocky Road as gifts for some friends (if I dont eat it all before I see them lol)...How long do you think I will get out of this, keeping it in tupperware in the fridge? Do you think ten days is asking too much? laugh

Mum stores hers in the fridge for weeks.

She stores it inside plastic containers with baking paper between the layers.

Awesome, thanks for that! I thought it should be ok as I would keep chocolate for that long (on the rare occasion I dont eat it all lol)
