Wine in cooking for 10 month old
The nurse told me that I should be started to give my little girl food that we would eat and tonight we are having garlic lemon chicken but it has wine in it. You dont cook the wine first you just add it in the slow cooker with everything eles... would it be ok for my little girl to try some??

do you mean you put the wine into the mixture as it cooks or only just before serving? if its in a slowcooker and heated the alcohol is removed from the cooking process =)
I am pretty sure that any alcohol gets cooked out and you are just left with the flavour.
If you are worried, why not try the recipe without the wine for everyone?

That's probably what I'd do too, just in case all the wine isn't cooked out.
