Is this a latex allergy

I bought some latex dummies for my 4 week old yesterday, and today she has about 5-6 red pimple looking blemishes on her face. could this be a reaction to the latex as I have only given her silicone dummies before this.

hard to tell without seeing a piccie, but it could just be milk pimples
