When did people get their periods back??????????

I was just wondering when people got their periods back after having bubs. With my first daughter Lilly I got them back straight away and with the twins I've already got mine back. I've read other posts and people have said that they got their periods back after many months. So far haven't found anyone whos periods have come straight back! Am I wierd or is it normal to get them straight back again.

my dr says i should get them within a month (that was 2 weeks ago). i stopped bf at 5 days

i think i read 80% of women get them within a month after stopping bf

The first was fully BF and I still got them at ten weeks, the next was not until he started solids after 5 months.
Who knows what is "normal".

I got my first at 6 weeks while breast feeding. Then 6 weeks after that again. Now I'm back on the pill and still not into a regular cycle. My girlfriend has a 6 month old and still no period while breast feeding and her sister got hers back straight away while breast feeding. I think each individual is to their own.

i still havent gotten mine yet Khiana will be 8wks on wednesday i stopped breastfeeding/expressing about 2-3wks
I had to get a pregnancy test done so i could get the Implanon implant put in as the doctor didnt want to take any chances!

I got mine last week!! Exactly 12 months to the day I had my last period!! Everyones body is different. I would love to NOT have it at all but I cant stay pregnant for the rest of my life!!!!!

my bub is now 2 months old :0 .

I got mine back 6 weeks after giving birth and bub is fully breastfed - my lucky sister didn't get hers back for about 6 months !

My little Lorelai is 11 1/2 months old and I am still breastfeeding and haven't got my periods yet!! I have been on the mini-pill as well but - have just found out I am pregnant. As my periods haven't returned I have no idea how many weeks I am or when I am due!! The fun begins again!!!

I think that every women's body is different and it just depends when your peroids want to came back and I didnt get my periods back til my daughter was about 15 months old.

I got mine back this week and my dd is 7mths old. I bleed for a week after having her natually. Don't worry your body will know when the time is right
