Everyone has been telling me that gel nursing pads are great and a must have when your milk is coming in. But no one seems to remember where they got them from so I was wondering if anyone knew where I can buy them?

Lansinoh make some called "soothies", if you go to their website you should be able to find somewhere near you that sells them. Goodluck, Iv'e never used them myself but am thinking of them for my next bub.

I just bought them at the supermarket I'm sure. They are great if you have trouble with cracked nipples or are sore, because they are soft and also you can put them in the fridge to give a bit of relief. Of course I can't remember the brand I used, but I'm pretty sure they had a purple label on a white background and I got them from Woolworths.
They come in fabric or disposable and can be bought at big w, target, k mart etc. I highly recommend getting the nipple cream also

There's gel ones also that you pop in the fridge/ freezer wink
I just got some from the pharmacy, they're 'Rite Aid' brand and are called 'hydrogel pads'. They are wonderfully soothing if you have sore/cracked nipples, you just need to remember to wash your nipples before breast feeding.
Also, the breast pads Rite Aid make are really good, they've got something in them that draws the moisture away from your skin. Most of the other breast pads I've tried are just cotton and they get damp really really quickly and that can lead to thrush which is definitely worth avoiding.

i would recommend the rite aid pads as well....they are the best, sometimes i forget that i need to change them where as others are soggy and gross after one feed
