Newborn feeding

Hi there

My week old baby has been cluster feeding fine, and will be awake for long spaces of time feeding and napping slightly then will fall alseep for a good 3 3 1/2 hours, she has been feeding heaps and I have a fast flow and lots of milk! today however she has been very sleepy and has hardly fed much at all, every 2-3 hours but only a moutful here and there, her nappies are still wet and she seems content, anyone had a baby like this???? still worries me!

How old is she? She may have just come through a growth spurt or might be starting to settle down into a more regular feeding pattern. Or like us, babies have hungry days and not so hungry days. Just keep an eye on those wet nappies and weight gain and try not to worry
