Grunting

my dd is 3 weeks old and grunts alot, there is no pattern to it (before feeds after feeds ect) it seems as though she is in pain but i dont know what from?? is anybody else having this problem?? or know what may be causing it??

my DS does this too... in his case its wind smile
Also she might just be practicing making noises!
