does this seem a little early? Rss

So, i put Lyssie on her tummy today for a little while and she rolled herself over onto her back! I couldnt believe it as she is only 2 weeeks and 5 days old. she also has been holding her head up unaided for the last week and checking out whats going on around her.
I know all babies are different but i didnt think she should be able to do these things just yet. im just amazed at her strength considering how tiny she is, She just hit 3 kilos today.
Hi my little one was 2 weeks when she first rolled over but mainly i think it was because she was rooting for a feed so just pushed so hard she rolled over. i think it would just be a fluke ur little one doing it but i could be wrong she sounds very clever though.

yeah not sure cos she's been trying to do it for the last few days, but she'd just had a feed of 120mls so she wasn't hungry. I'll let you know if she does it again in the next couple of days.
My DS was only 2 weeks when he rolled over i thought it was a fluke but he continued to do it. My 3 DD's were all about 11weeks when they rolledso i was shocked. My MCHN said some babies do it from birth. Your DD is just clever smile
DS rolled continuously from the age of 3 weeks. Wanted to sleep on his tummy...
My other 2 were rolling from a very young age but not quite this young, but then they were both walking by the age of 9 months as well.so maybe she's just like them, i dunno lol.
ok so she just keeps rolling over so, im guessing it wasnt a fluke. not so fun when she does it over night and i wake up to find her face down no matter what we use to keep her on her back. Im a tummy sleeper and so is her dad and big brother so i think its just natural for her to be the same.
!!! mine is 2 weeks but has been rolling since 8 days, from her tummy to her back, not every time but has done it quite a few times!! I thought it was a fluke and am stoked to find a bunch of other babies doing the same!!!!
Aw your we baby girl is just stunning congrats
