City select bassinet

Hi,
we have just put together the city select bassinet kit but we can't see how to alter the angle so it sits flat? has anyone experienced this?

Hi there, I think you may have the bassinet on the frame the wrong way around. I did the same thing. All I did was take it off the frame and turn it around. Worked a treat, I thought I was going crazy. Hope this helps.
