Boys names are so hard!!! Rss

Hate looking through name books I find it too overwhelming and give up!

I already have 3 boys- Linsley, Ethan and Luke and 1 dd Holly.

I like Charlie for a 4th boy, if it's a boy... 4 weeks till I find out.

The problem is I know someone that has an 18month old girl named Charli. Which I still can't get used too! Charlie was 2nd on my list for DS#3 (Luke) who is older than the little girl Charli I know...

I've got girls names picked... Boys are too hard blink
I agree i have like 7 girls names i like but i dont like any boys names! i have alot of time to think tho not getting preggers for another 5months or so.we've been thinking about the name Eli but still dont know.

Haha, when I was pregnant with DD I actually thought that it would be easier to choose a boy's name. I liked a few girl's names but none of the ones that I liked seemed to go with our surname. But I could come up with lots of boy's names, although the ones I like are all pretty boring ones like Samuel, Benjamin, Joseph, Oliver, James, Jack, Edward, Charles.
Yep I have so many girls names but cannot decide on a boy name!! Boys names are too hard

Tell me about it...
We will find out in less than 6 weeks whether 'it' will be a boy or a girl. Finding boys names is sooooo hard. Happy choosing!
I was convinced I was having another girl, so didn't worry to much about boys names. But scan showed up, its a boy! I could only come up with 2 names being Kobi and Hunter. I already have a DS and his name is Aiden. you're right, boys names are pretty hard!
I hear you! My DH and I have about 5 girls we agree on, but boys names are a different story.

I like Xavier and Lucas, he likes Jarvis and Beau. I don't know if we will ever agree, but I kind of got the final say with our DD, so I might have to let him have his way this time.
Ha ha... I'm the opposite! I've got 4 weeks to go also, and have a list of about 12 boys names that I can't decide between, and only 4 girls names that I"m still unsure about!!!
I actually REALLY like Charie for either sex! Its probably the only uni-sex name that I do like. You should stick with it. Sounds good with your other kids names smile

I like Charlie grin it was on my list for a boys name, along with Harrison.

Beau Is a nice name tongue

If you really like Charlie just go for it! If you are worried about it being the same as a girl's name, what about another form of Charles such as Carl, Karel, Carlo, or a similar name like Carey (as in Carey Grant), or another "CH" name like Chester, or another "arlie" name like Marley, Harley or Arlo (as in Arlo Guthrie). If you stick with Charles, then your son can have the choice when he's older of whether he'd like to be called Charles, Charlie, Chas, Chuck or whatever, and maybe that should be a consideration. You could always have a more adventurous middle name...
I completely agree!! I'm not pregnant but we have been discussing names for our next and there are bugger all boys names that we both agree on. I LOVE Harry but my husband isn't a fan and he LOVES Cooper but I'm not that keen.

Just have to hope that we have a girl next. Got heaps of potential names for a little girl!
How well do you know this friend with a Charli? If you don't see them all the time and aren't super good friends I don't think it matters!
