Hi I was just wondering if there are any others out there who have or are expecting bub #5.

I am expecting #5 in Oct and have found hardly anyone who is having #5 or have 5 would love to chat to others who have decided to have a bigger family.

I have 3 boys aged 10,5yrs 8months & 3.5yrs and a little girl who is 19 months I am having my 19 weeks scan on Tuesday and hopefully will be finding out bubs gender.

i have 4 boys yep u read correctly.....i have 4 boys 9,7 1/2, 6 and 3 this week.
I'm nearly 24 weeks pregnant, didn't find out the sex as im not concerned at all what i have as long as its healthy thats my main concern.
have had a not to bad pregnancy so far first 3months i found quite worrying as i was pregnant last year but miscarried but fell pregnant basically straight after even after doctor told me to wait a month( we didnt think i would conceive quite so quickly but did) so start was a bit worring as had sum bleeding but was all gd.

currently have a low placenta so hopefully baby grows so will placenta well move up anyw but im pregnant n its healthy so thats all u can ask for......

Hi Krystel,

I am 20 weeks now and we found out last week we are expecting our 4th boy so will have 4 boys and 1 girl. I also have a low placenta mine is covering my cervix completely so I also have my fingers crossed it moves. I also had a miscarriage last year in August but didn't concieve this bub till Jan. I have had really bad all day sickness still have days where it rears its head sad.

congrats on ur new addition to the family another boy im sure ur already sick of hearing that,but congrats.....i bet all the kids are rather quite excited at the prospect of another brother to play/fight with n ur daughter to mother after as she is quite young.

i find it so quite rude wen ppl say ah another boy in a sad tone really a baby is a baby and no matter what sex ur going to have as u will love it what ever it comes out!!
not quite sure if thats how u feel or not? maybe i already have 4 with NO girls.

not sure with you if u experienced it differently with your girl pregnancy but boys iam rather quite sick and have had all day sickness hopefully it subsides soon enough for you.

This pregnancy is all rather quite NEW to me as my 4 boys were from my ex so this is my fiance first baby n it is rather like being pregnant for the first time again.....as everytg is n feels quite different still think its a boy either way I am still quite excited.

I have never had any problems like this with previous pregnancy not sure if u have too but i didnt even no what placenta previa was before this pregnancy i hope for ur sake too that it moves up for you as well i really dont want to have a c-section esp with 4 kids but really as long as it comes out healthy i guess thats all that matters....

So I think I should be expecting another girl!!
Not due to mid Jan - only just pregnant, but still exciting, that never wears off. There are plently of 4 child families at our school, but I think Ive only seen 1 larger than that. I think its awesome, if they were naughty I wouldnt have anymore, but theyre are good generally good kids that know no different than having a gang to fight/play with tongue

Yes Krystel I am very much sick of the way people go oh another boy like it is a bad thing I am blessed regardless of the sex as a baby is a blessing in itself.

I have never had any problems like this either in my other pregnancies and yes it does scare me at the prospect of a c-section after 4 natural births but like you say as long as bub is healthy that is all that matters hey. See my midwife next week so it should all be explained to me then and no doubt be sent of to doc clinic instead of midwife clinic.

Iam feeling quite excited today Im 25 weeks only 15 more to go hopefully not late!!!

just wondering how or what ur doing with the whole bedroom situation??? currently trying to organise the house for painting and to put baby in with my youngest.... do u have much organising of baby items( did you keep it all or are u having to buy more items etc)I have the bare items as after my ex n I broke up I didn't think I would be able to have a relationship let alone another baby but I did keep all the big items for my sister when she had a baby funny that as Im the one that needed them.

my youngest two boys they didn't even use a cot as they both basically went into a bed with a rail...they both hated the cot.

I only know of a couple of 4 child families at our school and there is a lady that is in her 40s that has 6 kids her older 2 are in there late teens. My partner and I are only having this one and that's it 5 kids is enough I actually wouldn't mind if we did have another but he said he will have the deed done to make sure..Im glad its not left up to me to go though it having kids is a bigger enough task let alone having to worry about that.

I am putting bub in with my youngest as we don't have the room to put him anywhere else but I am sure it will all be ok and fingers crossed they behave while sharing lol

22 weeks and 3 days saw midwife today and all is going well with Owen he was being cheeky and kept kicking the doppler when she tried to check his heart rate lol I have complete placenta previa and the midwife told me that I am definately going to be having a c-section as it is very unlikely the placenta will move enough to go natural, have to take it easy or easy as possible, not allowed to DTD as it could cause bleeding poor hubby is going to be so sad my blood pressure was up today so need to keep an eye on that as well oh the joys. I get to have another scan between 30-32 weeks so will be asking for them to double check I am still having a boy lol the good thing about being told now that I will be have a c-section is I can mentally get ready for it. Next appt is 28th June

ah thats ok!!! hope ur not stressing too much about the c-section....it will be ok,keep ur thoughts towards that u will have a beautiful baby boy at the end of it and yes its not what u had planned as in natural delivery but ur also not risking yourself and babys health at the end of the day!
its easy to say but then to actually take it easy is an all different ball game...do u have extra help of any kind, daycare, mum or mother in-law??
What is the extra scan for?

I have really enjoyed reading about you journies in your pregnancies. I have 5 kids, 4 boys Benjamin 13yrs, William 11yrs, Adam yrs7 and Samuel 18mths and 1 daughter Jessica 6yrs and have just found out im expecting number 6 due march 31 2012. I know it sounds like a lot but my hubby and I love our children and treat every one like the gift that they are, its honestly like christmas when they are born we get to meet this awsome new person. So I totally understand if you want to have more, this is our last though I am 37yrs, and still want to have energy to do things with them. I had an epidural with the first and gas with the second and breathed through the other deliveries with out pain relief and it was much easier doing it that way, so with this one I plan to breath through it, aswell as not having any major problems with the deliveries I havnt had a doctor there for any of the deliveries yet, the midwives are great and wouldnt have it any other way. Dont feel bad about having 5 kids we are born mums not made mums just remember that.

and bub #5 is another boy lol.
everyone asks or says they hope i have a girl but i tell them i'm building up my own little army and if i had a girl now she would never marry and die a virgin with so many big bros to protect her.
i was told i could never have kids when i was 16yrs old and now i have my boys so miracles can happen, i love being a mum and have been blessed with that gift, so i wont be saying this one will be my last

hope everyone is well kylie, valerie, claire hope your pregnancy's are coming along nicely without any complications...havent been on in a while...

The end of my pregnancy i had a few bit issues. I had mild pre-eclampsia so had to go in to be monitored, im usually early but my little munckin was determined not to come early. I ended up being induced it was not a very nice experience at all, they tried to put a drip in me 3 times 2 times failed 3x lucky or unlucky for me. They ended up putting a scalp monitor on babys head while she was still inside me ahhh terrible it really hurt while they were doing it, they broke my waters and 1 hour and 58 mins later my little princess eden frankie kylie was born at 12.58 pm on 8. sept she was 7 pound 10 oz, very exciting 1st girl after so many boys.

she had the cord wrapped around her neck 2x but i didnt no this until later that evening when my sister told me. i had her naturally without drugs i just used the shower and i had her leaning over bed, didnt have any other issues . Hospital wasnt that great so i went home next day.

eden is doing good she is currently 8 1/2 weeks old im still breast feeding she is feeding every 3 hours during the day and 4-5 hrs at night, i think she has been having through growth spurt, as she has been feeding lots lately. my boys wake her up after school and weekends so she dont sleep that well plus it has been hot so she dont sleep that good even with the air cond on. she had thrush and really bad nappy rash. i think i used about 6 creams to try and make it better without any luck. i ended up taking her to doctors who told me she needed a canestan and a cortozone thank god she got better in a few days.
she has reflux too but otherwise well.....

hi there i am a mum of 4 boys and expecting no 5, was a bit of a suprise but a good one

Hiya ladies- soo glad there are other mums having 4+ kids!
Im expecting number 5 too- but my other for are from previous relationship and range from 14-6yo. so i dont have my hands full as such (just with different things). But i do have a couple in house babysitters! Dp wants number 6 after this one...i said ill see how pregnancy and labour goes first.
