YAY!!!! another 5th baby mumma! arent we all nuts...lol!
Tracey im a bit like you with older ones (also from previous marriage)
Congrats!!!

Kristy....oxoxo
Thankyou Kristy & Melissa smile Its great to meet you guys smile

@ Kristy, lol yeh i reckon we are nuts hehe!

@ Melissa - yes its going to be great for my youngest, we would of had a smaller age gap (2yrs instead of 3) , but things just got in the way and we had to put it off until now smile

Im hoping to have a VBAC2 .. Not sure of my chances though sad My first two labours were quick (1 1/2 hours & 30mins) and trouble free... and the last two were premature labours leading into emergency C - sections. We dont have much choice of Obs in our town, so im hoping mine will be willing to let me have a go (if everything goes ok).

Cheers

Oh and Tracey..good luck with the bleeding. I hope it stops soon!! xx

thanks for the well wishes Melissa. Unfortunately i got a BFN yesterday (2 days after my two BFPs) and AF is definitely here now. Running tests to make sure that it's definitely gone.... back to TTC. Looks like I have to bow out this month. All the best and wishing everyone sticky bubs for July.

Well i'm officially freaking out (first baby) and i have no idea where to start between booking in at the right hospital and trying to remember what i can and cant eat and looking at the price of baby stuff, i am exhausted and overwhelmed... please tell me it gets easier...

Hi LouLou, it certainly does get easier so don't worry. In the beginning it is all so overwhelming, especially if you havn't been pregnant before. You will find that 9mths is heaps of time to work out and get everything that's needed. I am sure you will feel better once you have picked a hospital and Ob. I have picked a hospital and Ob and feel a bit better. I'm sure I will feel even better once I've had my first appointment. I just can't wait to hear that everything is going to be ok and to see the baby on a scan smile its all so much more real once you can see the baby.

As for baby things. I agree there are soo many things on the market and it's really confusing what you should get or not and what brand etc. my advice would be to research, shop around, ask other Mum's their advice and only buy what you know you will use. You can always get other things after baby comes. For example, you don't really need a high chair till the baby is 4-6mths so just worry about that later. When it comes to buying prams - this is something I wouldn't skimp on! You will have to push it basically everyday for years so make sure it is easy to maneuver, easy to fold, not too big for the size of your boot etc. also have a think about how close you want baby number 2. If you wants kids close together then it makes sense to pick a pram that can have a toddler seat added later. Also think about if you will use it for running etc or just for the shops. It is confusing but I am sure that after you read a few magazines and visit some baby shops, you will soon get an idea of what you want and what's a good price etc. also, talk to your parents and inlaws. My mil brought my first pram and my mum brought our first cot. Lots of parents are happy to help out with bigger purchases. If your going to have a baby shower then you will also get spoilt with gifts. I'm sure soon it will become more exciting to buy baby things and less daunting! Lol

This is my 4th baby and I had given away EVERYTHING!! So I am starting from scratch again. I am excited about getting everything again. I won't be able to buy much for awhile though. I don't want to buy anything really until we find out the sex of the baby....and I also don't want to buy the pram till we buy a new car so I know the pram will fit in the boot - and I don't want to buy a capsule till I buy the pram because I am hoping to get a capsule that can clip onto the pram. That isn't stopping me from reading pregnancy mags and working out which style I want.

I won't keep rambling but remember you can always ask us if you get stuck too!! Xx
Hi Ladies,

I tested this morning and got a BFP which puts me in the Due July Thread! I had some early signs and AF isn't due til Tuesday but I just knew, so I did a test this morning a very faint BFP on an internet cheapie. I couldnt wait to test again tomorrow so I had a First Response in the cupboard and BANG a very bright BFP! DH and I are extremely excited. This will be our second baby. We have a DS who will be 4 in 2 days smile

We only started trying last month so to fall so quickly is awesome! We have decided to tell our parents Tuesday night when they come over for DS's birthday! Then keep it a secret til Christmas for everyone else.

Looking forward to joining you all on this very exciting journey! Anybody from Melb? Looking at Frances Perry House and was after a few reviews on Dr's!
