First child- Early or Late, or Right on TIme

Just wondering about your experience with your first child-
Is it more common for the baby to be early or late?

My daughter arrived 1 week past due date. Went into labour naturally.

Went into labour on my due date but he arrived the next day by c-section.

It definitely varies from person to person but I think generally first babies are late. My son was a week late induced. So who knows how much later he would of been if I hadn't been induced!

my experiance is rare. no one is really the same. I would say they are usually on time to late usually from friends and family. But with my first my waters broke 7 weeks early and I had her a week later via induction but was born naturally. And my second came 3 weeks early naturally.

With 1st and 2nd both 3 weeks before due date

My DS came one day early.

My first was either one day early, or 8 days early (were never 100% on the due date lol)

My first was 5days early and my 2nd was 3 days late....really depends on the indiviual pregnancy

Ds was 4 days late i went into labour naturally.

My girl was a couple of hours earlier than her due date smile

I was induced a week over and he came 3 days later.
