touchy feely- ouch!!!!

so, who 's scar is still very sensitive? its been almost an year (tomorrow - 4th Jan!!!!) and i still cant bear to have it touched. Anyone else like this and how long has it been since the delivery??

Im the same! the thought of it makes me cringe too lol. Its been almost 18 months.

Mine is still sensitive and jump whenever it gets touched..it's also still a bit numb in places so doesn't feel very nice.. But i only had mine done 3 months ago yesterday.

Me too, mine feels like the skin around it is all asleep. Hurts to touch in though. My bub is just 4 months old.

It does feel a bit sore for a while, I often find mine gets itchy too. But the area of my scars I find just above there it doesn't have any feeling its all numb and feels kind of weird think they may have killed all the nerves in that area after 3 cuts.

Mine isn't sore but it is numb in some places, My DS is 19 months.

Thats how mine feels and it hurts when my pants or anything is touching it.

i touch my scar and it feels really hard. like its just alot of scar tissue underneath or something..

but its not my scar that hurts its my belly in places really hurts and is sore. like its burised. :| or something.

my scar is onloy 2 weeks old tho LOL

becstar88 yours would be sore with only being 2 weeks old, it hurts for quite some time after and often stops hurting for a while then comes back.

I found since having the scars there as they have made different cuts not on the same ones so I have 2 and a bit as one did go on one of the scars but not equal cut if that makes sense anyway I find I can no longer wear "Bikini type" undies as find they cut into the scar area and become really annoying, so had to resort to wearing the full brief undies.

i can hardly feel bubs move - i am presuming it is because i am still numd from my c-sect 15 months ago??

Hi! My scar gets a little bit sore at times. I had my c section a year ago. I can touch it and it doesn't bother me. I still don't like dp touching it, annoys the crap out of me!

mine is still numb in places (im going to use that as advantage and get a tatoo there.)
and sore(stingy sort of) in other places.

awhile ago i spoke to a lady who had a c-sect with her 19 yr old son. she said her still feels like that. sorry if i shouldnt say that. but now im not expecting it to change.
