Can you try for a VBAC after 2 c-sections? Rss

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if anyone has had a successful VBAC after having 2 c-sections?

Thanks girls xxx
Kathy

I believe it is possible although VERY uncommon.
I didn't think you could as its too risky, but I never got a choice anyway as suffered with High BP so had to have all C-Sections anyway.

That american lady with 16 kids has had 2 c/s and had vbacs after them, That probably isn't helpful but just thought I'd put it out there gasp)
Hi secondtimeround,
Yes,I know of women who have sucessfully had vab2c with no problems at all.
If it's what you want to do then go for it!-Every labour and birth is different.
I wish you all the best in achieving it.

Mumma to M- Growing a Nov babe

I am just about to have my 2nd c-sect on the 22nd Jan. Both are due to bubs being breech. I asked my ob if I can go VBAC next preg and he told me that I would be booked in for a c-sect the min I was preg as most hospitals do not let you go natual after 2 c-sect.

I would look into it.

Thank you Homebirth mummy grin

Thank you makay,

Good luck with your c-section on the 22nd grin

My last 2 births (c-section) were breech as well.

there was a wonderful story on here about a year ago with a lady sharing her VBA2C story! it was amazing smile i think it all depends if you will find an Ob who will do it. I think its very possible!
Thanks Denae grin

I suppose I should first of all make the decision whether to have another child or not, LMAO!
