Caste Berry Extract

Hi Everyone!

I've been researching online about some natural ways to aid fertility and I have read alot about Caste Berries aka Vitex.

I bought a bottle of 60 capsules today from my health food store, and am going to give them a razz (can't hurt really).

Apparently they aid in fertility as they regulate your menstral cycle and increases your fertility by balancing out your hormones, and they even assist with the symptoms of PMS (I get in real crabby moods about a week before my AF)!!

I'm just wondering if anyone else has tried this? Has is been successful??

I used Vitex, was utd within 2 cycles
