So tired & no motivation Rss

Im 11 weeks pregnant with baby #2 and im sooooo tired and unmotivated. Im not working which i think makes things worse coz its so much easier to lay around. I have an 11 month old and she is a pretty good baby, thats why im not working.

Im hoping it gets better coz im starting to worry about weight gain & being healthy but seriously i cant b bothered to do anything.

What can i do to help.......



Do you have someone that can take a walk with you every second day or so? Just around the block or to the park. Do it as early in the day as you can, because once you have moved you will feel great. Make daily plans regarding what you and dd can do for the day (ie balloons, throw them to each other. Princess picnic- even if its in the lounge room)kind of like a teacher has a lesson plan...only not as full on laugh and the same for food.

I have started making daily meal 'promises' to myself mainly to get some more veggies into my diet. Between lunch and dinner i snack on raw green beans lately. But other days i might have almonds as my healthy snack. That isnt to say i wont eat anything else healthy that day, but i feel better if i have that 'have to' food.

It's so hard when you have a little one to run around after. Hang in there. The 2nd trimester is just around the corner and you will start to feel better and more energised. smile





I would have to agree with 2littleBs its one of those things that you can't escape right at the beginning but normally the 2nd trimester is a lot friendlier and gives you your energy back! Then its just a matter of using it! But yeah i also slept when my DD slept during the first trimester and thinking about doing it again due to lack of sleep at the moment during the night! Just take one day at a time and see how you go, try just taking short walks for now and see if that helps or just set small taks for the day so it doesnt seem overwhelming but still gives you a reason to get up, cause i know that its so much easier sometimes to just relax but often tends to make me feel crappy!!!
