I couldn't EAT red meat, but as I worked at an abbotoir for the first 7.5months of my pregnancy, I was handling raw bloody meat that had been mooing only 24 hrs previously, hehe, and I was fine with that. Saying that, I ate a lot of cheeseburgers, which was wierd because before I was pregnant, i couldn't STAND the sight of them, hehe. Also another thing that would make me throw up at was bacon and eggs, which was my baby's fathers fave food, so i couldnt even cook it. Pork chops as well, no way! What i craved terribly was vegemite and cheese toasted sandwiches, and that packet pork crackle, very very salty stuff. I also loved canned baby peas, which i couldn't stand before i got pregnant. Wierd stuff hey!
My morning sickness was at night, from pretty much as soon as i conceived to right on 12 weeks, which was good for me regarding work, as i could not have gotten outside quick enough if my MS was during the daytime.
Good luck with yr pregnancy, my daughter is almost 17 months old now, and as one of the other ladies said in their reply, i remember ALL of it VERY vividly!!
