why were you having a scan at 33 weeks?
that doesnt seem to small i dont think. i have friends whos babies heads at birth were 32cm and some were 40cm there is a HUGE range between babies. baby still has 7 weeks of growing to do to. im sure if somehing was wrong your doctor would have called you but if your realy worried ask at your next check up but personaly (obviously im not a medical professional) i dont think its stress worthy.

I had an ultra-sound at 34 weeks to check bub's size. The guy who did the procedure explained that up to 12 weeks every baby's growth is exactly the same, which is why they can accurately predict the baby's due date based on its size. However, after that they all develop at different rates - some parts grow faster than others etc. He said that at this stage of the pregnancy they allow a two-week window on either side of bub's expected development - ie some parts of bub could measure at 32 weeks or even at 36 weeks and still be within range. My bub's head was a bit smaller than 34 weeks, but other parts were bigger, and once he averaged all the parts, bub was pretty well on target. I don't think you need to worry.
Whoops I forgot I even posted this. I had to have another scan at 33 weeks to check if my placenta had moved up which it did,I had a drs appointment and he said everything is perfectly fine smile thanks ladies
