Is anyone having trouble with back pain?
Im only 8w 2d and the last two days ive had so much back pain but I dont know if its pregnancy related or if Ive slept funny or something else....the pain is right below the bottom of my shoulder blades & im so uncomfortable! Ahh. I might book in for a massage asap!

I can't really tell you for sure if it's from the pregnancy, but it could be highly likely. I first found out I was pregnant at about 7 weeks and I had a bad back before bub and it only got worse!
I CAN, however, suggest ways of relieving it!
I never had the money to just go get a massage so I took to doing yoga in the morning and nights, just basic stretches for even 10-15 minutes.

The link above is one of the exercises I found LIFE SAVING, just done 2 or 3 times when I got out of bed and before sleep smile
Heat packs are also nice smile

Congrats, how exciting for you!
I've discovered as the weeks go on my back pain gets worse from time to time and i seem to be more susceptible to pulling it ever now and then, like under my shoulder 2 weeks ago! Get a massage quick it does help, plus i'm sure you'll want one anyways! Heat packs are great too. Hope you feel better soon smile

back pain argh yes lots of back pain but beeen told the only thing i can take for it is panadol osteo sad it helped for about an hour or 2 but its coming back. while at the chemist i was told of lots of things i couldn't take and do which was nice but there was a list so i wish i wrote them all down
More then likely related, I did yoga, but I have heard pilates is just add good, its probably something you will have to continue to do throughout your pregnancy.
In saying that, my back pain was so severe that I wore a back brace towards the last months of my pregnancy and that pain was worse than labour pain, that I didn't even know I was in labour .
If you can manage it early go for it. Swimming relieves the pain but you feel like a sinking elephant.
