Sue Dengate fed up with ADHD (desperate need!!)

Hello,
My son has just been diagnosed with ADHD and am in desperate need for Sue Dengate's Fed up with ADHD, does anyone have a copy they no longer need. I am willing to pay of course, cannot find this book anywhere in shops or the libraries in WA!!!

This is such a fantastic book - I have a copy but I use it. Sue has a website also and you can submit questions trough it about foods you are uncertain of etc..
