Bloody spots on 15 mth old upper thighs and lower back. Rss

DD2 has a dozen or so bloody spots on her upper thighs of both legs and across the lower back. They were there this morning as I got her out of bed. The blood was on her PJ's.

Would this be an insect?

She sleeps in a sleeping bag so I have washed everything...

Bed bugs? Or some other type of insect?
I'd thoroughly vacuum the matress too.

I did that.

She is having a nap now in a clean bed and bedroom, hopefully she will be fine.
