My little girl the last 2 days hasnt been her self. Off her foods but having the odd few things, her nappies in the morn have a really strong wee smell that you notice as soon as you open her door. Has felt quite hot during the day and is happy to play in short bursts then just seems unhappy. Had abit of bad breath yesterday and drank alot of water then usual but she always drinks heaps so i know she is well hydrated, just the nappy wee smell suprised me, thinking it was too do with the last lot of her teeth?? Any ideas?
