Trying to lose 5 more kgs!! Rss

I have been working out for about three months now. I do a combination of 5-6k runs and I also have this playstation game that enables you to do some great workouts and I work out 6 days a week.

I would have thought I may be down to my pre-pregnancy weight by now and I still have 5kgs to loose! I'm just wondering if it is still because I am breastfeeding? My DD is 2 in May and only has one bf before she goes to bed and am hoping to wean her completely before she turns 2.

I'm really interested to hear from mums that may have finished bf and lost a bit of weight. Im thinking that maybe my body is still storing some fat reserves so I can still breastfeed because of all the working out I'm doing or is that wishful thinking? lol
I lost a heap of weight while breastfeeding like 25 kgs!! Then as soon as I stopped I put 15kg back on!! So I wouldn't say bf is stopping u from losing weight. That last bit of weight is the hardest to lose. Have you changed your diet?

I've always been relatively slender - size 8 - 10 and with my first baby I lost the weight pretty quick so I've never really worried too much about my food intake as long as I did some sort of exercise I could get away with eating pretty much whatever I wanted. So your advice has really helped maybe its tike to start watching what I eat as well. Thanks again smile
