very proud of my little man

hey i just wanted to share

today i took isaiah to playgroup without a nappy on and he stayed dry the whole time i took him to the toilet twice while there but he didn't go and after playgroup we went to a couple of shops and he stayed dry the whole time too after we got home i took him to the toilet and he went smile so he stayed dry for 3 hours (thats how long we were out) i am very proud of him
i didn't think i'd be able to take him out without a nappy for awhile

How amazing is that!

i just let him have alot of nappy free time for the last couple of months putting him on the toilet every now and again but i got a toilet seat 3 weeks ago so put him on the toilet alot more often and everytime time he started to pee i'd take him to the toilet and he'd finish there so i have been properly TT for 3 weeks but letting him get used to it for about 2months so like a month before properly starting

not sure what else to saybut if you have any questions i'll answer them smile

dont be scared smile lol he is getting alot better now (obviously) but he still pee's on the ground everyday and ocasionally poo's but you know its not to big a deal to clean it up and you could get a steam mop or hire a steam cleaner to clean the carpet every now and again to freshen it up i'm going to get the carpets cleaned after he is TT properly

if you started now it wouldn't take to long to TT smile
