Recommendations for sippy cup for milk Rss

Hello,
My DS is 12 months and I read somewhere that I should be transitioning him off the bottle for milk. I've been looking at sippy cups at the shops and many of them say they are not to be used for hot drinks, they should not be heated etc etc. What do people use for milk then? DS is still on formula but I will be transitioning him to cow's milk soon also. I was hoping to continue to use my bottle warmer with the sippy cup so it would be good to find one that fits in the bottle warmer and is safe to heat. Unfortunately he doesn't like his milk cold.
thanks!
I'm interested to see what the response is... my DD needs to go to a sippy cup for her milk too. She is almost 2!
We used the take'n'toss for both our kids with milk & havent had any problems. The ones with bright coloured cups & lids. I think nuby do the same thing but smaller. They're on the cheaper side too!
I was about to buy the Take N Toss yesterday but the package says not to use hot liquids? Is this because they are worried about our kids burning themselves or because the plastic is not safe to heat?
My MIL bought a sippy cup for my little boy and it's the best sippy cup I've used - never breaks when dropped and he loves it - it's a NUK one with little handles and a teet kind of end - not a hard plastic one. And you can actually buy replacement teat bits for it if you get a stained gross looking one, or if bubs bites the crap out of it! lol

Unfortunatley I went to buy another so I had a spare and found out they are worth $18.00! haha I thought that was crazy expensive for a little kids plastic cup - but maybe I'm just being tight haha...
I have the problem that my 13 month old won't drink her milk in any sort of cup. I managed to wean her on to cows milk a couple of weeks ago and today I tried to give her lunch milk in a dinkee cup. She refused so I transferred it into a take & toss cup. Still refused so I ended up putting it back into her bottle and you guess it, she drank the lot. I think I'm going to have to play hard ball with her.

I think it would be to prevent kids burning themselves. They are microwave safe. We used to warm up DD2's with boiled water in a small tub.
haha - sorry - I didn't include that my little one doesn't drink milk at all now either... has never touched cows milk - just refuses to drink it lol so yeh - the sippy cup is used solely for water... but does the same job! haha
I love the tommy tippee active drinker (I think that's what it's called) I got mine from coles. It is insulated and has an anti leak top. It encourages the style of drinking as you would from a normal cup and they have super cute designs. It's the only cup I've found that doesn't leak in my bag and it's good that DD doesn't have to open a lid/twist anything etc to have her drink. She doesn't have milk out of though, only water, so not sure if milk would be hard to clean?

On the link below it's the set of 3 cups at the bottom of the picture.

I need to do this too - DD is 21 months and is totally addicted to milk but we're still on bottles. She hasn't been happy drinking milk out of a sippy cup but I need to persevere.

Thanks for the tips everyone.
