Lemon and Honey drink

so DS has a cold at the moment, and I was wondering what age do you reckon it'd be ok to give a warm lemon honey drink - home made. He's 16months now, oh he's also teething so its a fun time in our house.
At the moment we are giving him pamol but thats about it and just keeping fluids up during the day.

I don't think a home made one is bad at all. As you know what's going into it.

I don't give DD honey on toast etc only cos it's quite sugary but I would give her that drink if I thought it would help her cold (she's 18months so roughly the same age smile )
