Night Toilet Training Rss

Hello i hope someone can help my daughter is 4 yet still in nappies of a night she is not wet every morning but still to much to take her out of nappies she's fine during the day i think it may be cos she is a heavy sleeper so just sleeps through.
I've just put my DD into undies at night, she is 3. She was waking up dry for a long time but if you didn't take her nappy off as soon as she woke up she would wee in it.

Have you tried checking her nappy during the night so you can see how long she stays dry for. It maybe that at PP said she is wetting as she wakes up. Otherwise if she is wetting overnight you could try putting her on the toilet asleep when you are going to bed and see if that holds her off until the morning.

Otherwise maybe just try undies and see what happens. She may wake herself up a few times if she wee's and then realise she has to go.

I also bought a mattress protector that is for bed wetting that goes over the sheets and mattress so that you don't need to change the sheets if she wets, just remove the protector and everything is dry.

Goodluck smile

Thanks i have tried putting her in undies but she can wee and it's cold by the time i get there yet she is still completly asleep which shocked me i thought for sure she would wake i may have to try getting her up during the night i have tried feeling her nappy sometimes i catch her before she wee's sometimes not that's my issue
i'd love some advice also on this issue! i have a DS who is 2 1/2 and has not wet his bed since he went to sleep without a nappy. my DD is 4 1/2 and still is wetting the bed... i have no idea why!! she wakes up once shes has her accident takes the sheets off changes her clothes and goes back to bed!! ERRRR!!!!!! then when i wake up she tells me she was too slow in going to the toilet coz she was tired!... i was thinking about getting an bed wetting alarm but i reckon she would still be too lazy to get up to do it!
How much fluids is ur DD drinking in the evening? Have u tried putting her on the toilet before she goes to bed and the second she wakes up?
