Sleeping.... Rss

Okay, so my 3.5 year old daughter and her dad have gone camping this weekend, probably for only 1 night. My son and I have stayed home for health/sleeping reasons I won't go into. So anyway, they are taking the small tent and sharing a bed, with different sleeping bags. There is also going to be 3 other families camping with them.

Just wondering what you guys think about appropriateness with girls sleeping with their dads? Obviously as a baby its all okay, but do you think there is an age where it gets weird? Its only just occurred to me that some might think it strange...
I don't think it's strange. It's okay for as long as the child and dad are happy.
i dont think it is strange at all. and it that situation, same bed, different sleeping bags, there is no age limit where that becomes inappropriate. that is my opinion.

i just asked dh and he thinks by the time our dd becomes a teenager then there is a personal space issue and he would not be comfortable with it. so i guess in this instance it is really up to the people in question as to what is appropriate or not.
ummm it would only be weird if u let it be i dont see the problem its camping we go away every xmas camping in a tent and for 3 weeks u have to share a small space with other family members we have separate blow up matress and sleeping bag or blankets and we arnt the onlu ones theirs a caravan park full of families doing the same thing

nah that's not weird, even if they had to share a sleeping bag at that age I wouldn't find strange.
I think its when she start to feels uncomfortable then it stops and I'm sure she'll let you know, I imagine it'll be around puberty time.
