Who has used a buggy board?? Rss

Hi there!! Am thinking of getting a buggy board type contraption for DD2 (2 1/2) to use.

Am hoping there a few of you out there that can help me decide what to get.

-Which brand board have you used?
-What did/didn't you like about it?
-Did you happen to use it with a Phil and Teds pram, and if so do you know if it can be used with toddler seat attached below?
-Would you recommend this product?

Also if you live in the NSW Illawarra/South Coast area and have one to sell let me know!!

Thanks (B,S & cool
I had a lasco??? one. Attached it to normal strollers. Was great with my first two that were 20 months apart. It was better with one that had extendable handles as the extra person in between you and the pram mean you need to be further away.
Lascal? Thats what I've been looking at. Thanks
I just got one of these yesterday. The only thing is that it doesn't come out far enough for DD to stand on and be clear of the handle as my pram has the bar type handle that goes across right at her head hight. So I will have to but an extension kit to put onto it so that it comes out a bit further. Other than that it's great. I got it on sale from target online for $69 plus postage.

Would work great when DD2 is a bit bigger to sit in the stroller as it has the seperate handles.

Hi I have a Valco one for my pram which is a Beema Q. I found it ok but I actually had to stop using it as pushing the pram with both dd1 and dd2 stuffed my back up. The combined weight including the pram, was nearly 30kg. My physio told me to stop using it. I'm lucky as dd1 is now 5 and walks next to me holding the pram most of the time.

double post

Thanks all, still not sure what to do. She's still happy to sit in the pram most the time, but thought it would be handy at the shops where she constantly climbs in and out. Will weigh up all the opinions and try and work it out :-/

Was that the basic buggy board?? I think the maxi comes with longer 'arms'???

Think I'll head to the baby shop and check some out in person. Ta

Yeah the basic. It's not too bad but she just gets a bit uncomfortable having to lean back a bit.
