Food for a Dorothy themed 1st birthday

I have the cake design (ballerina dressed up Dorothy) and the cup cakes (rice paper printed dorothy) but have no idea what other foods and decorative ideas that I could make that follow the dorothy trend, it is for my daughters forst birthday and i would love to follow a pink, green and yellow trend any ideas welcome?

Jelly cups in the various colours
fruit kebabs
fairy bread
Tea Cup Biscuits
banana lollies
pikelets- with strawberry jam

Dorothy loves roses so you could use that as inspiration for decorations. She also loves drinking tea, so maybe a cute tea set for everyone to drink out of?

I would decorate with roses as pp said and Charlie n boots had some good foods also just simple lil sandwhiches kind of like a high tea do smile
