what would be your perfect kids party Rss

As the topic says what would be your perfect kids party if money was no issue? What kind of theme would you have and what sort of entertainment?

we would so have a unicorn! lol
i'd have a clown definately or some sort of magician. i'd also have like a reptile show or farm (you know the ones that come to your house with baby animals for the children to pat and feed)or pony rides.

as for the theme it really depends on what the child is into and what sex they are.

When you build a house, every brick counts. When you build a character, every thought counts.

Hmmm if money was no issue....
I sooo would hire out Disney land for the day!!!!!!!
So with flights and hiring the park if possible etc that would be one costly party laugh

Gypsykylz just hire a pony and stick a cone to its head and whol la a unicorn wink
The ultimate theme park tongue
Well my DS1 just had his 7th birthday and he and every kid there said it was ther best party ever! So Im happy with that smile

We had it at our local playgroup (as our home is to small) it was a lego theme with Ninjago cupcakes, the party bags had a bottle of water with a lego lable on it, some printout activities from lego.com, we also made some little lego chocolates, and lego crayons,

We played a few games and gave out lego prizes, and the food and decorations were also lego related!

Our perfect kids party would still be one at home with all the traditional stuff, the things that are the most important to kids are their friends, balloons, party food, party bags and games and of course the birthday cake.

If we were cashed up I'd get loads of helium balloons, go nuts on the decorations to suit whatever theme it was (unicorns, fairies, mermaids are big in our house), do fancy party bags to include a small gift/toy... more a gourmet bag as opposed to a $2 shop bag and consider a jumping castle or pony rides or a magician.

That would be our perfect party aswell with all of our family there. This year I would love to get a jumping castle but I don't think it will happen. Maybe in a couple of years so they can invite friends from school. It's not there birthday until november but already I'm thinking about it and what food I'll cook

That does sound like a really good party! I hope I can be that creative each year

I'll have it in Disneyland!
If you're in SA there's a home business called Character Jumps. Relatively inexpensive (for what I thought it would cost) and you can hire out several types of castles. They have a Facebook page. And the guys partner makes amazing cakes. Just sayin'.

I want to hire out a jumping castle for DDs bday, but sadly being 1yo I can't justify that to DP (because I want to jump on it myself!)

If the kids are still only young then i would suggest buying a jumping castle from the toy sales, i dont know how much it is to hirer but in my opinion id rather spend $250 and get to keep the jumping castle then only have it for a few hours. the only down side is the parents wont be able to jump on it sad

p.s. im getting my kids a jumping castle for x-mas, a friend has one and takes it to all parties and if its a hot day they put water going down the slide, the kids love it.

if money was not an issue i would definately get a petting zoo and pony rides aswel as a jumping castle.

ohhh if money was no issue, my DS#2- id deffinitly hire some construction workers, to take the kids for digger ride haha!! he is turning two- and goes mental over diggers - the silver lining to living in chch is all the diggers around. smile .

for ds#1 it would need to be like lego world or something awesome like that smile ohh what i wouldnt give to take him to a place like that!
