Hi I've just seen the book 'speed cleaning' by Shannon Lush and Jennifer Fleming, it sounds like some thing I could do with but want to know if its any good first. Does anyone recommend it?

I've got it and it's been a great help, given me some great ideas and tips on ways to speed up my cleaning processes and how to keep it clean.
Maybe see if you can borrow a copy from your local library and see if it's for you.
