Baby books Rss

You could try major department stories such as Target big w etc

other book stores toys r us

Oh and even ebay have them

We got ours from a book store in our major shopping center but it's a bit far for you to traveal too lol

I got mine from leading edge books, its The very hungry caterpillar, has the records for every tooth and 12 month height and weight. Section you can put birth story, mummys side then daddys side and the usual first bringing home, bday, holiday, baby shower and favorite things (more I just cant think) at the back it has section where family can write a piece and is plenty of space for pics. Oh and has an envelope to put baby hospital bracelet, first hair cut.

I loved it obviously lmao sounds like im trying to sell it to you hahaha
We got given our DS1's baby book as a gift when I first found out I was pregnant from my FIL. It is the Peter Rabbit one (?) - I would never have picked it for myself as I judge a book by it's cover (umah! lol) and I dont like the "old fashioned" look of it.

But I really like it - so much in fact that I also got one for DS2! It has the teeth so you can number them and write the dates they came thru, a page each for 3, 6, 9 and 12 months space for photos and a blurb. My first scribble, when I walked, crawled, pulled up, sleeping habits etc etc. I think the only pages I havent used are the Christening pages as our boys arent christened.

I got my DS2's from QBD bookstore.
We got ours from Aungus and Robertson but they don't have it any more. I recently bought the same one for DS who will be born in 12 weeks, though from Fishpond.com.au. So you can see that I like it!

Sorry , tried link but it didn't work - go to fishpond.com.au and search for

Baby Record Book (Hachette General Reference S.)

Photos in it are stunning and it has heaps of room for pics of your own. The thing I like best is that it starts during pregnancy and continues right on until their second birthday, and beyond if you like.

You can also get one from identity direct.Haven't seen one in real life but they look nice!

I saw some lovely ones in Big W book section- Cant remember what they were called but they had a boy one and a girl one. There was some lovely photography in it

Thanks ladies - I'll keep an eye out for the ones you've pointed out smile]

I'd like to get the one from Kikki-K just because it's very cute! I'm not sure what's in it though as I've only flicked through it in the shop.
I like the Anne Geddes ones bought both mine off Ebay and they go from Birth to 5 years and have the teeth and growth etc in them I love the illustrated pictures of Anne Geddes.

I bought the one by Kaz Cooke ( who wrote Up the Duff).

It is quite quirky, like her book and lots of fun.
I really like it because it has pages with titles and suggestions but not specific spaces, iykwim. So if you forget to write something in, ir if it is not applicable to your child it doesn't look like you're left something out.
I bought it at Angus and Robertson but I have also seen it in Dymocks.
Where did you get yours from?

and

What things in it do you love or hate?

I had a quick look in Dymocks bookstore today but the few they had there just didn't cut it for me.

Judd's I got from those social club books that go around your work.

I really loved the sections that you recorded when every tooth came through and the height & weight section for each month of the first 1year.
