Baby Care Books Rss

Hi,
I would like some suggestions on good baby care books. Whilst I've had three of my own children, my sister in law is after some good books to prepare herself for her first baby. She wants something to help her throughout the first year as she has no idea what to expect or how to look after a baby.
Thanks
K
i didn't buy it was given as a present but baby love by robin ?. I have found fantastic its not a book you sort of sit and read its more a reference book that u can go to.

we love Kaz Cook's baby books. 'Up the Duff' was great when DP was pregnant (much better than 'what to expect when expecting' which was the first book we bought, so then we just kept borrowing Duff from library once we discovered it!), and now love 'Toddler Taming'. We found both of the them very informative but funny. I didn't like Baby Love by Robin Barker (or Baker?), didn't like the fact that it says teething doesn't cause bub pain. WTF?

Hope this helps
Kellie
