Charlotte Tottman from Flinders University in South Australia is conducting a research project into the expectations and experiences of new motherhood for first time mums.
Pregnancy is a time of much anticipation. In this study we are interested in women’s views about what it will be like to be a mother and to care for a new baby. Then, a few weeks after the birth of their baby, we would like to find out how they are getting on and about their experience of new motherhood.
There are two surveys to complete, the first in the third trimester of your pregnancy and the second a few weeks after your baby is born. Each survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and can be completed online.
Participants who complete both surveys will automatically be entered into a draw for one of five Woolworths Supermarket vouchers, each for $100.
Participation is anonymous and you can choose not to answer questions and you can withdraw at any time.
