Toned arms and back, super flat tummy, tight round butt, strong defined legs and not a double chin in site! Then train with other ladies with the same goal with our Body In Motion Personal Training ‘Mums & Bubs’ group sessions.
Held in the heart of North Sydney, 1 hour sessions held 3 times a week will focus on strength, fitness, toning and fat loss. Each participant will receive a personal one-on-one assessment to assess goals and weaknesses so I can incorporate them into our sessions.
Mums with Bubs are most welcome too – as we work on areas that are commonly affected by child birth and pregnancy (butt, thighs, core and pelvic floor).
Monday - Wednesday - Friday between 11-12pm
3 x 1hr sessions
$ 12 pp / per session. (Can be paid in cash or via direct debit (no fees)
